Mollitt is a highly accomplished Human Resources executive with over twenty years of diverse experience across the healthcare, medical device, and sports management industries. Most recently, Mollitt served as the interim chief human resources officer and vice president of Human Resources for Baptist Health, located in Jacksonville, Florida. During his tenure there, he directed several aspects of HR functions for more than 12,000 team members, including over 500 employed providers across five hospitals, four freestanding emergency departments, and more than 150 clinics.
In his role at Lympha Press, Mollitt will continue to advance the organization’s focus on HR strategy and oversee all aspects of Human Resources management functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and championing strategic projects. His close partnership with the executive team will support and align with the organization’s business goals and commitment to helping patients successfully manage their lymphatic and venous conditions.
