Lympha Press Named a Fortune® “Best Workplace in Health Care” and Philadelphia Inquirer “Top Workplace”

Published: 12 September, 2022

September 7, 2022 — (Glen Mills, Pennsylvania) Lympha Press has been ranked the #21 Best Workplace in Health Care™ in the United States by FORTUNE Magazine. The Company has also been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by the Philadelphia Inquirer, ranking as the #25 small business in the Delaware Valley. Both rankings are based on employee feedback gathered through third-party surveys administered by employee engagement technology partners Emprising™/Great Places to Work and Energage LLC. The surveys measured culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

The Best Workplaces in Health Care list is highly competitive. Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered if they are a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization. Great Place to Work is the only company culture award in America that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated. Companies are assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience that cuts across race, gender, age, disability status, or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is.

“It is our honor to spotlight the Best Workplaces in Health Care,” says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. “Health care heroes have been on the front lines saving lives, and these organizations dug deep to tailor their support to the rapidly changing demands from the pandemic. We applaud their commitment to inclusive, high-trust cultures.”

When surveyed by Energage for the Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces award, 84% of Lympha Press team members were either “engaged” or “enthusiastically engaged.” An individual employee’s engagement was based on how they responded to Energage’s three engagement statements:
Loyalty — I have not considered searching for a better job in the past month
Motivation — Lympha Press motivates me to give my very best at work
Referral — I would highly recommend working at Lympha Press to others

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”

Team members responded favorably to the Company’s efficiency, strong values, sense of purpose, and direction. Lympha Press ranked in the 97th percentile in remote employee satisfaction. “This data is especially gratifying because prior to 2020, remote work was not prevalent in our Company,” noted Joe Carberry, Chief Executive Officer. “The remarkable pivot to remote work, which became necessary because of COVID, presented a real challenge to our operations and to maintaining an engaged workforce. The survey results indicate that our new business model is successful. Our remote employees are productive, happy, and engaged – which enables us to make lives better for more people.”

Since the last surveys in which Lympha Press participated, the Company has increased its workforce by over 30%. “Ensuring that newer employees feel included, and a part of our culture has been a priority for Lympha Press,” added Michele Lindsey, Vice-President of People and Mindset. “We were delighted to see that some of the highest employee satisfaction levels were among those hired within the last year.”

“Lympha Press continues to grow and these distinctions as a FORTUNE Best Workplace in Health Care and a Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplace will enable us to continue attracting the best talent to serve more patients with our pneumatic compression pump therapy,” remarked Eric Ansart, President.

For over 40 years, Lympha Press has been the world leader in pneumatic compression therapy, providing help and healing to those with lymphedema, venous disease, lipedema, and other circulatory conditions. In network with most insurances, Lympha Press is also proud to serve veterans through its Government Sector division. Lympha Press works closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies to ensure that those who need our devices can obtain it. The Company also offers ongoing educational webinars, patient roundtables, and videos to help inform and inspire both patients and medical professionals.

Senior Compression Therapy Consultant Mike O’Brien said it best: “Giving people hope is a great job to have.” For more about Lympha Press company culture, visit our website, and to submit a resume, click here.
